Manage your Weather Guardian data
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your Weather Guardian account, including subscriptions and purchase records.

How to request deletion
Data relating to your Weather Guardian account, subscriptions, and/or purchases made via the app is stored securely using Google Firebase services.
If you would like this data deleted, please email hello@appguardian.co.uk and include:
- The email address used to create your Weather Guardian account
- Your unique account ID (if possible) — found in the Profile section of the app
Security requirement
For security reasons, the request must be sent from the same email address that the account was created with. This helps us confirm you’re the account owner (or have permission to act on their behalf).
What will be deleted?
If your request is approved, we will delete the following data associated with your Weather Guardian account:
- Your Weather Guardian user account (including login credentials)
- Your subscription status/details stored in our backend
- Records of your in-app purchases stored in our backend
If you later want to restore subscription or purchase access, you will need to create a new account and use the “Restore purchases” link on the Store page within the app.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 14 days and will notify you by email once done.
